January has seen the work on Wythenshawe Park continue at speed.

The cyclepath in Wythenshawe Park is something really positive and something I’ve been very vocal about. We need to make it easier and safer to walk or cycle. Only 50% of my residents in WSE have access to a car so for me this is not just a health and environmental issue, it’s one of social justice. I was delighted to donate a bike to Sue from Simply Cycling which is an excellent all ability cycling charity that gets people out on two (and sometimes three) wheels across Greater Manchester.
