Back in September, I went to pay my respects to the late great Cllr Jane Baugh at Walton Park.

Thank you to Sue from Friends of Walton Park, Sale, Jane’s ward colleague Cllr Barry Brotherton and her husband Peter Baugh for accompanying me around the trail dedicated to her legacy.

A fantastic reflection of the hard work and dedication put in by a great team of volunteers.

Jane was a much beloved fellow member of the party. Her commitment to the party, her ward, and her local community remains an example to us all. May we all carry her with us as we ourselves serve our communities, both locally and nationally.
